ST48 the "Marchettiger"
Pictures : Serge Van Heertum (S.B.A.P.), and SBAP archives (others as mentionned)
During the NATO Tiger Meet, one Siai Marchetti SF.260D was painted with tiger stripes and the "tigrou" logo for the supporting of the operation fly for charity.
These famous tiger stripes were applied on the ST48 and during the 2 weeks of this international exercice, the plane performed missions included in the missions scenario.
It could be a realy original model airplaine in the modellers collections. Some pictures will help at an eventual realisation....
So enjoy the "Marchettiger"...
