Like the 2012 edition, the well-known NATO Tiger Meet, was held on the Norwegian base of Ørland. This is the home base of the 338th Skvadron F-16’s equipped. Held from the 17th until the 23rd of June, it was one of the biggest editions, due to the sheer number of participants. During one week, intense activities and a lot of combined exercises was executed by different air forces. As tradition dictates, the closing ceremony included the announcement of the different winners, who received several trophies, of which the most coveted: The Silver Tiger Trophy.
